1. Who We Are

My Wine Shelf is a project of Nisshagen Advisory AB (Org.nr 559526-6742), a company registered in Stockholm, Sweden. References to "we", "us" and "our" in these terms mean Nisshagen Advisory AB.

2. What This Website Is

This is a pre-launch page for a product in development. Its only function is to describe what a My Wine Shelf app would do and to let you register interest by email.

Everything on this site describing the app is a statement of intention, not a promise. The features, the scope, the pricing, the platforms and the timing may all change, and the app may never be released at all. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, a contract, or a commitment to deliver software.

3. Joining the Email List

You may submit your email address to be told if and when My Wine Shelf becomes available. In doing so you confirm that:

• The address is yours, or you are authorised to use it
• You are of legal drinking age in your country of residence (this is a product concerning alcoholic beverages)
• You consent to us storing that address for the purpose described on the form and in the privacy notice

Joining the list costs nothing, creates no account, obliges you to nothing, and gives you no entitlement to early access, a place in a queue, a discount, or the product itself. You may leave the list at any time by emailing us; no mail has been sent to this list yet, and if we do start sending, every message will carry an unsubscribe link.

4. What You May Not Do

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit an address that is not yours, or submit addresses in bulk
• Use automated tools to submit the form, scrape the site, or otherwise interfere with it
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it

We may refuse or delete any submission that appears to breach these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The My Wine Shelf name, the "my … shelf" family of names, and this site's design, text, code and branding are owned by Nisshagen Advisory AB. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously published, and we may change or take it down at any time without notice.

Any description of drinking windows, pairings or wine characteristics on this page describes intended functionality, not advice you can act on today. When and if the app exists, its guidance will be exactly that: guidance. Always drink responsibly and in accordance with local law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Swedish law, Nisshagen Advisory AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, from the app not being released, or from any change to what is described here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version number and effective date at the top of this page will be updated when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
